Student Research Demonstrates Innovative Robotics for Infrastructure Repair

The BEPROACT Strategic Partner Meeting also provided an opportunity for young researchers to showcase their work and contribute to the project's innovation agenda. For Badria El Ghoche, a fourth-year student at Polytech Lille, the event marked an important milestone as she presented the first phase of her research carried out at the CRIStAL Laboratory, University of Lille.


During the poster session and technical demonstration, Badria shared the initial results of her work on the Lynxter S600D platform. Her research focuses on the characterisation of a two-component silicone extrusion process, an important building block in the development of autonomous robotic systems for infrastructure repair.


The project combines several advanced technologies and research domains, including:
