Within the framework of the BeProAct project, the BASt employee Jan-Hinrik Borchers worked as a visiting scientist at TNO in Delft, the Netherlands, from November 2025 to January 2026. The visit took place within the Pavement Engineering and Road Materials Team, which is part of the Expert Group Building Materials and Structures at TNO.
During this period, the Pavement Asset Pilot Cases 1a and 1b were further developed, and the collaboration between BASt and TNO was strengthened. The exchange supported alignment on technical approaches and helped intensify cooperation for the next steps of the BeProAct project.
